MICE 103: Event Marketing
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is about successfully determining marketing strategies essential to marketing physical, virtual, and hybrid events. Participants learn to create a comprehensive marketing plan appropriate for their event. Presentations by the PhilMICE Mentors will include traditional and digital event marketing under the new normal and insights into the possible next normal practices.
COURSE OUTCOMES:
At the end of the two-day training module, the participants should be able to conduct the following activities under the new normal:
1. Prepare an event marketing plan.
2. Define event branding and message.
3. Identify preferences for media.
4. Manage marketing plan, marketing materials, event merchandise, sponsorship, and public relations activities.
5. Discuss the current global trends and marketing approaches in the M.I.C.E. industry.
